I didn't want to leave and would not hesitate to return here. The best small hotel I ever visited before. Location: the venue was near to the beaches or restaurants on Panglao Island as well as Bohol. Had brunch in the Bar il Ciliegio, located nearby. The staff were amicable and really helpful and had a sense of humour.

We couldn't have asked for a better value for our money at Higala Resort. The room was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. The location was peaceful and safe, and the staff treated us like family.

The outdoor swimming pool was a real gem. It felt like diving into a crystal-clear oasis, instantly refreshing and rejuvenating. The complimentary mountain bikes were a delightful surprise. Exploring the surroundings on wheels was like embarking on an exciting adventure, truly invigorating!

our recent family holiday in panglao was lovely, but our stay at higala resort was simply amazing! the hosts, anna and peter, were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. the pool was great, and the personal touch of breakfast being made for us at 5.30am before our dolphin tour was fantastic. 10/10!
Wifi connection was spotty.
